Who We Are

3F Capital Limited is an energy, petrochemical and infrastructure projects advisory, development and investment company founded in 2015 with a vision to build value in its investee companies by providing capital resources, support and highly skilled management teams.

Headed by a team of world class professionals with experiences spanning different industry sectors, our result-oriented approach is tailored to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. Regardless of the nature of the project, we take pride in consistently delivering exceptional consulting experiences designed to solve the unique challenges of each client. We achieve this by working alongside our clients through small, hands-on consulting teams, insisting on active collaboration to facilitate an open exchange of ideas.

Our objectives are to build a balanced portfolio of highly profitable growth companies that generate immediate earnings and offer attractive long-term value for our ecosystem; and to help companies in Sub-Saharan Africa find development and growth capital.

GROWTH

2015

3F Capital was established/founded to provide energy advisory and capital sourcing with a vision to expand to principal investment

Advisory to Greenville LNG on gas sourcing

2018

We provided advisory and project consulting support for OML 30.

2019

Operations took off in 2019 with our involvement in the first gas flare monetization project in Nigeria, the Obama flare gas monetization project, by Aphaden Energy Limited

2020

We supported the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialisation Programme (NGFCP) for five (5) companies across thirteen (13) flare sites.

2022

Further expanded our NGFCP involvement by supporting five (5) companies across sixteen (16) flare sites, with three (3) companies emerging successful.

We also supported five (5) companies across eight (8) marginal fields in the 2022 Marginal Field Bid Round.

2024

Project consultant for the development of a methanol and ammonium bicarbonate project in Ondo State, the first of its kind in Nigeria.

Topline Gas project development.

2025

Post-flare gas award: development of multiple flare gas projects for supported companies

Development of other gas projects including CNG.
